Halloween always falls on October 31st. Special items are made available and special events are launched around this date. The changes last roughly a week, with things returning to normal after the first few days of November. ZooMumba typically releases Halloween-themed decorations and animal species during this season. In 2011, in addition to making the Halloween-themed items of the previous year available via the Zoo Shop, new items were available for players who participated in a special event.
